Run With It Returns Policy

At Run With It, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, we have a strict no returns or exchanges policy.

1. Hygiene Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any socks, regardless of whether they have been worn or not. This is in line with UK consumer hygiene regulations for intimate or close-contact garments.

2. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@runwithit.uk with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos (if applicable)

If the product is deemed defective or incorrect, we will offer a replacement or full refund, including any shipping fees.

3. Customer Support

While we cannot accept returns, we care about your experience. If you’re unhappy or unsure about anything, please reach out — we’ll always do our best to help and make it right.
